Jurisdiction and operator

This site is operated by Nathan Bull, an individual based in Canada. The site is operated in connection with commercial activity (soliciting professional inquiries and showcasing AI services). The collection and use of personal information on this site is governed by Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial law.

Personal information we collect

We collect personal information only for the purposes described below, and only to the extent necessary to fulfil those purposes.

Contact form submissions. When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name (if provided), message content, and submission timestamp. This information is collected solely to respond to your inquiry. Providing this information is voluntary.

Infrastructure-level data. As with any website, your IP address and browser metadata are transiently processed by our hosting provider, Vercel, as part of serving pages and performing security functions (such as DDoS mitigation). This processing is infrastructure-level and is governed by Vercel's Privacy Policy. We do not independently collect or store this data.

Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics, a cookieless analytics service that collects only aggregate, anonymized usage data — including page views, referrer sources, and country-level geography. No personally identifiable information is collected or stored, and no cookies are set.

How we use and share your information

Contact form submissions are delivered by Resend (a transactional email service) to the operator's email inbox, and a notification is sent via Telegram. Both services act as data processors and are subject to their own privacy policies, linked above.

Submission data is not stored in a database by this site. However, please note that Resend may retain sent message logs for a period in accordance with their own data retention policy. You may contact Resend directly regarding their retention practices.

Your personal information is not sold, licensed, rented, or otherwise disclosed to third parties beyond these delivery services.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no cookies and uses no tracking pixels or fingerprinting technologies. Vercel Analytics operates without cookies and does not store personally identifiable information. Because no cookies or equivalent tracking technologies are used, and the site does not actively target residents of the European Union or other opt-in jurisdictions, we do not operate a consent banner.

International transfers

This site is publicly accessible and may be visited by individuals in jurisdictions outside Canada, including the European Union. This site is not directed at EU residents, and we do not engage in behavioural advertising, profiling, or targeting of individuals in any jurisdiction.   • Request access to the personal information we hold about you;
  • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal information;
  • Request deletion of your personal information, subject to any legal obligations to retain it;
  • Withdraw consent to our use of your personal information (where consent is the basis for processing), with the understanding that withdrawal may affect our ability to respond to your inquiry.
